A globally recognized leader in engineering services and solutions, having over 30,000 team members spread across 5 continents. With over 25 years of industry presence, they have created a niche in different business verticals globally and is one among the top outsourcing companies in the world.

The Opportunity

With ambitious plans of increasing their revenue by 4X over the next decade, the company’s focus was on acquiring the right talent and preparing them for a larger role to address future challenges. Being in this niche industry space, getting the right person was always a luxury. The mandate was to identify talent that could support the management vision of 4X growth trajectory and fit the right person in the right role at the right time.

We had to create and develop Business Thinkers who could get into the interpreneur culture envisioned by the organization. The challenge was to create a measurement of success that would identify Champions of Change in the system.

The Approach & Solution

Siksha Conceptualized a strategic integrated program called ‘Emerging Leaders Development Service’ in line with the management business objectives.

Roll-out of this phased interventions were aligned to defined leadership competencies of business & strategic alignment, financial acumen, customer diversity & Execution Excellence. We translated the learning into application by identifying live business projects, selecting mentors, planning reviews and monitoring of projects at periodic intervals

Team Siksha travelled the path from Idea to product/ Service journey with the identified leaders. Each identified leader hada individual dossier that highlights his/her transition and transformation as a Emerging Leader

The Achievement

The integrated approach that Siksha adopted has become mandatory and is a key part of all Leadership Development programs in the company. Champions of change were identifiedand are now initiating key innovations in the organization. Revised career paths were designed based on the periodic assessment conducted by us. Finally, we saw the emergence of a motivated leadership team that is aligned to the big picture.
