MBTI Assessment

Innate Personality Profiles

Purpose: To identify innate preferences of an individual and leverage this knowledge at work and social settings

About MBTI Assessment:

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire designed to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
It is based on the typological theory proposed by Carl Jung. The underlying assumption of the MBTI is that we all have specific preferences in the way we construe our experiences, and these preferences underlie our interests, needs, values, and motivation. The MBTI is frequently used in the areas of pedagogy, career counseling, team building, group dynamics, professional development, marketing, family business, leadership training, executive coaching, life coaching and personal development. The MBTI is a popular tool and used by 89 of the Fortune 100 companies.
